The wool for this hand-dyed yarn is locally sourced and dyed on the east coast of Australia. Made with 100% superwash merino wool, this yarn combines luxurious warmth with durability. With a 4-ply weight, this yarn is perfect for knitting garments, shawls or hats.
This yarn is hand-dyed and one-of-a-kind. I dye it in small batches with acid dye for a long lasting, vibrant colour. My technique creates a beautiful semi-solid colour, that knits up with an ever so slight marble effect. The colour variations are minimal between skeins, however I recommend alternating skeins to avoid unintended striping or pooling.
Please note: This yarn is made to order in our small-batch workshop on the east coast of Australia. We aim to dye and send all orders out within a week, but please allow up to 3 weeks from the day you place your order to the shipping date.
